1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the kiss981 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all associated policies. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

The kiss981 platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet the required age threshold and that you are using this platform for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any other individual or entity.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the kiss981 management ("Platform"). Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.

2. Account Creation & Security Responsibilities

Each user is only permitted to hold one account active on kiss981. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any compensation.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Keeping your password and account login details confidential.
  • Ensuring that no other party uses your account without your authorisation.
  • Notifying kiss981 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
  • Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration details, including your full name, phone number, and valid bank account information.

Kiss981 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time for compliance and security purposes. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or closure of your account.

3. Platform Usage Rules & User Conduct

Users are prohibited from engaging in any activity that may compromise the integrity of the platform, the safety of other users, or the lawful operation of kiss981. Prohibited activities include:

  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate games.
  • Colluding with other users to exploit system vulnerabilities or promotions (bonus abuse).
  • Fraud, identity impersonation, or any attempt to deceive the platform or other users.
  • Using your account for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
  • Accessing the platform from jurisdictions where such use is prohibited by local law.

Any breach of the above rules will result in immediate action, including account suspension or closure, forfeiture of remaining balances, and legal proceedings where necessary.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the kiss981 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method you use is registered in your own name.

Deposit

  • Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are subject to change from time to time.
  • Deposits are processed instantly in most cases. Any delays beyond kiss981's control — such as third-party banking system outages — are not the platform's responsibility.
  • Kiss981 reserves the right to hold or reject deposits suspected of originating from unlawful sources.

Withdrawal

  • Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account registered in your name.
  • Withdrawal processing times range from one to three business days, depending on your bank.
  • The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 or as per the limits set at the relevant time.
  • Kiss981 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals, for security and compliance purposes.

Any withdrawal attempt involving funds obtained through unlawful means or in breach of promotional terms may be frozen while an investigation is carried out.

5. Liability Limits & Account Policies

Kiss981 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to service disruptions, temporary technical errors, or actions by third parties.

Account Suspension: kiss981 reserves the right to suspend a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances: suspected fraud, a request from law enforcement authorities, or suspicious activity requiring further investigation. During the suspension period, access to funds in the account will be withheld until the investigation is concluded.

Account Closure: Users may request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting kiss981 customer support. Any valid remaining balance will be refunded upon completion of a brief review. kiss981 also reserves the right to close the account of any user who repeatedly violates these terms.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

Intellectual Property

All content on the kiss981 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and source code — is the property of kiss981 or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse any of this content without prior written consent from kiss981.

Third-Party Links

The kiss981 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. kiss981 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website or service. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

Changes to Terms

Kiss981 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. You are advised to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
